| Job Description: |
| - Working with various creative teams to coach and promote self-organization and understanding of Agile principles and frameworks |
| - Ensure requirement is met and plan for the project timeline |
| - Provide progress and report updates for the project Provide regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers |
| - Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement |
| - Agree approach to delivery within the project team capability |
| Job Requirements: |
| - Extensive experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach |
| - Demonstrable experience coaching teams and improving processes, implementing the best practices and improvements |
| - A great understanding of team and group dynamics |
| - Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English |
| - Ability to adapt to and stay focused in a fast-paced, changing environment |
