About the role

 

As Agent Account Manager, your objective is to grow our revenue by upselling and cross selling all Pinhome’s products to brokerage agencies across Jabodetabek. You will serve as a primary business point of contact for our agency partners. You will develop a sales pipeline, close deals and nurture after sales relationships with the main focus of upselling our products. You will have a close interaction with our Operations, Marketing and FInance Team to promote seamless collaboration between our partners and joint-deal wins.

 

What You Will Do

• Identify new clients as well as business opportunities with brokerage agencies across Jabodetabek area

• Develop sales pipeline, close deals and nurture after sales relationship with brokerage agencies

• Upsell and cross sell all Pinhome’s brokerage program to new and existing clients

• Ensuring every brokerage agency partners are properly onboarded with clear knowledge of products and platforms

• Provide support to partnered brokerage agencies through agent training, customer visits, technical information & demonstrations of our products and applications to Principals and Agents

• Define and manage the investments required to implement long-term growth initiatives with partner accounts

• Meet or exceed company’s Target and KPI

 

What You Will Need

• +2 years minimum experience of knowledge/working experience in a similar role (Sales/Account Management)

• Strong account and partner management experience, with proven track record of achieving measurable goals in a sales environment

• Experience with planning, go-to-market strategy, and implementation

• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence external / internal stakeholders

• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives in partner organizations

• “Go getter” attitude in acquiring, building & maintaining long term customer relationships

• Experience in property industry is a big plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
